APPROACH
What I did
- Prepared and reviewed order, customer, product, representative and channel fields.
- Joined calendar attributes to support Persian-calendar monthly, seasonal and yearly analysis.
- Compared sales trends across time, products, product groups, representatives, customers and channels.
- Used visualization to move from descriptive reporting toward commercial interpretation.
KEY FINDINGS
What came out of the analysis
- The analysis creates a structured view of sales trends across year, season and month rather than relying on total sales alone.
- Product and category comparisons reveal where sales concentration and recurring performance patterns sit.
- Representative and customer views make it possible to distinguish commercial performance across accounts and sales activity.
- Channel-level analysis supports more targeted allocation of sales and marketing attention.
