APPROACH

What I did

  • Prepared and reviewed order, customer, product, representative and channel fields.
  • Joined calendar attributes to support Persian-calendar monthly, seasonal and yearly analysis.
  • Compared sales trends across time, products, product groups, representatives, customers and channels.
  • Used visualization to move from descriptive reporting toward commercial interpretation.
KEY FINDINGS

What came out of the analysis

  1. The analysis creates a structured view of sales trends across year, season and month rather than relying on total sales alone.
  2. Product and category comparisons reveal where sales concentration and recurring performance patterns sit.
  3. Representative and customer views make it possible to distinguish commercial performance across accounts and sales activity.
  4. Channel-level analysis supports more targeted allocation of sales and marketing attention.
